30-Day Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Our Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our premium plant-based home care products. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Products must be unopened (unless defective)
  • You must have your order number
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Exchanges

Want to try a different fragrance? We're happy to help!

Unopened products can typically be exchanged for a different fragrance or product. Simply contact us with your order number and let us know which product you'd like to exchange, and we'll guide you through the process.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at howdy@murchison-hume.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)
  • Whether you'd like a refund or exchange

Step 3: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization.

Step 4: Ship the product(s) back to us following the provided instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned product(s) and verify they meet our return policy requirements, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.

For defective products or shipping errors, we'll provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at howdy@murchison-hume.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • A brief description of the issue

We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
