Domestic Shipping:
We offer standard and express delivery options at checkout.

International Shipping:
International orders are shipped via express or priority services where available.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary by selected shipping method and destination.
Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please email howdy@murchison-hume.com immediately.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is in processing or transit.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is in the custody of the carrier.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll help lodge an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives with visible damage, you may refuse delivery and advise the carrier that it is “Refused due to damage.”
If you discover damage after delivery, please email us with photos so we can work to resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship hazardous items to certain regions due to carrier or regulatory restrictions.
Some products may not be available for international delivery.
